I grew up in Pensacola, Florida and graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Over the years, I have lived in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Chicago and Los Angeles.
I have been in the wedding consultation business in the Vail Valley since 1999 when we moved here from Los Angeles. While in LA, I was with Williams-Sonoma as a store manager and with Whole Foods as Food Service Coordinator. I have an extensive background in food and beverage, and thus, I love to be involved in the menu and wine selections for my weddings. I am also a frustrated florist and take great pleasure in working with my brides on the design/floral aspects of the wedding.
I have four fabulous children, three of whom were married in destination weddings. My clients have teased me that there is some poetic justice in there somewhere.
I am assisted with almost every wedding by Kay Schneider. She is a long time local and has extensive experience with all of our mountain venues.
